12月15日，澎湃新闻从因携带地中海贫血基因被解聘的幼师林芳（化名）处获悉，当天她收到厦门市人社局短信，目前该局已受理其再申诉案件，同时按照《事业单位工作人员申诉案件办理规则》，已组建成立案件审查组。此前，林芳被以“隐瞒地贫病史”为由解聘。11月14日，中组部等发布公务员体检新规，明确地贫基因携带者且血红蛋白达标者合格。
